摘 要:扭矩保护功能作为电动执行机构的重要组成部分之一,在保证电动执行机构正常运行过程中起着非常重要的作用。在目前众多的扭矩保护方式中,基于压力传感器的扭矩保护方式采用蜗轮蜗杆传动的力学原理实现,在蜗杆后端装置一个压力传感器检测部件,内嵌一枚陶瓷压阻式压力传感器,执行机构在带动负载时蜗杆产生的轴向力作用到压力传感器检测部件上,根据帕斯卡原理的各向等压性,检测部件中的压力传感器把蜗杆轴向力转换成电压信号,最后经由控制单元对比分析实现扭矩保护,具有结构简单、准确度高、可视化显示力矩参数等优点。本文主要介绍了压力传感器式扭矩保护的结构、原理、特点以及关键点,利用设计的检测装置论证其可靠性和准确性。As an important part of electric actuator, torque protection function plays a very important role in ensuring the normal operation of electric actuator. Among the current torque protection methods, the torque protection method based on pressure sensor is realized by the mechanical principle of worm gear and worm drive. A pressure sensor detection part is installed at the rear end of the worm, and a ceramic piezoresistive pressure sensor is embedded. When the actuator drives the load, the axial force generated by the worm acts on the detection part of the pressure sensor, according to the isotropic isobaric of Pascal principle, the pressure sensor in the detection part converts the worm axial force into voltage signal, and finally realizes torque protection through comparative analysis of the control unit. It has the advantages of simple structure, high accuracy, visual display of torque parameters and so on. This paper mainly introduces the structure, principle, characteristics and key points of pressure sensor torque protection,and demonstrates its reliability and accuracy by using the designed detection device.
