报警管理在粉煤气化技术上的应用

摘　　要：随着粉煤气化技术的不断发展,报警管理也越来越受到业主的重视,同时在建设煤化工智能工厂的道路上报警管理也是十分重要的一环。本文介绍了目前煤气化装置报警管理的现状,并结合煤气化技术对报警管理系统全生命周期的各项活动做了详细的阐述和解释。重点以某煤气化装置为例,对目前报警管理中存在的问题一一进行了分析,并给出了相应的解决方案。With the continuous development of pulverized coal gasification technology, the alarm management has been paid more and more attention by the owners. At the same time, the alarm management is also a very important part in the construction of coal chemical intelligent factory. This paper introduces the current situation of the alarm management of coal gasification device,and combined with coal gasification technology, makes a detailed description and explanation of the activities of the alarm management system in the whole life cycle. Taking a coal gasification plant as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current alarm management one by one, and gives the corresponding solutions.
