摘  要:针对传统核电站非安全级DCS不具备现场总线FF H1设备接入功能,无法实现两者间的信息交互,本文在分析FF H1总线协议内容的基础上,改进了DCS本地总线协议链路层,完成DCS控制系统对FF H1设备进行功能块及参数组态,实现DCS控制系统与FF H1设备间实时性信息交互;同时,研发了一套相应的网关模块,用以FF H1设备与非安全级DCS系统之间的互连互通。通过系统互操作测试,结果表明本文提出的系统可实现DCS本地总线与FF H1设备互操作,具备系统信息传输功能,对核电站智能化推进具有工程实用价值。Due to the traditional non-safety level DCS of nuclear power plants does not have the device access function of FF H1 and the information interaction cannot be achieved between the DCS and FF H1 devices, this paper improves the link layer protocol of the local DCS bus based on the analysis of FF H1 bus protocol content. It completes the function block and parameter configuration to each other. And it implements the real-time information interoperability by DCS control system and FF H1 devices. A corresponding gateway module has been designed to interconnect FF H1 devices with non-safety level DCS systems. The system interoperability test show that, the system proposed in this paper can realize the interactive function of the local DCS bus and FF H1 devices with perfect information transmission capabilities. The system has the engineering practical value for the intelligent promotion of nuclear power plants.
