摘  要:目前,中核运行某重水堆电厂使用的给水流量测量方法为行业通行的文丘里管测量法,在机组运行超过10年的条件下,文丘里管测量精度已受到设备磨损的影响。为了更精确地获得某重水堆两台机组的给水流量,决定采用临时安装外夹式高精度超声波流量计的方式对给水管道流量进行测量。测量结果显示,某重水堆1#机组给水流量现场文丘里读数比精确测量结果高将近0.44%,某重水堆2#机组给水流量与现场文丘里管的测量结果偏差较小。根据超声波流量计的测量结果,1#机组有0.44%的功率提升空间。Currently,feed water flow measurement method of CNNP is the industry of venturi tube measure method.Under the condition of the plant operation is over ten years,measurement precision of venturi tube received the influence of equipment wear.In order to accurate measure the feed water of two units,we decide to took the method of installing crossflow frams on flow nozzle to measure the feed water flow.Measurement results shows the total plant indicated boiler feed water flow of unit 1 is approximately 0.44%higher than the cross flow measured flow.The total plant indicated boiler feed water flow of unit 2 is approximately close to the cross flow measured flow.Based on the measurement results,we think unit 1 could propose 0.44%thermal power uprate.
