银黄洗剂治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银黄洗剂治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:将62例诊断为下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上应用硫酸镁湿敷,观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用银黄洗剂湿敷,疗程均为10 d。比较两组患者临床症状评分(皮肤颜色、患肢肿胀、硬索结节及疼痛的评分)、相关实验室指标(超敏C反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原)的变化情况以及总有效率。结果:观察组总有效率90.32%,高于对照组的64.52%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组症状体征评分明显改善,超敏C反应蛋白及纤维蛋白原明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组在改善症状体征及降低炎性反应方面较对照组更明显(P<0.05),两组治疗后纤维蛋白原数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银黄洗剂治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎,可有效改善患者临床症状及降低炎性反应,明显提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinhuang lotion in the treatment of lower extremity thrombophlebitis.Methods 62 patients diagnosed as lower extremity thrombophlebitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases each.The control group applied magnesium sulfate wet compress on the basis of routine treatment and the observation group applied Yinhuang lotion wet compress on the basis of routine treatment.The course of treatment was 10 days.Symptom scores(skin color,limb swelling,nodule and pain scores),changes in related laboratory indicators(hypersensitive C-reactive protein and fibrinogen)and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.32%,which is higher than that in the control group(64.52%,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein and fibrinogen were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms and signs and reduction of inflammatory response in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in fibrinogen values between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lower extremity thrombophlebitis by Yinhuang lotion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
