摘  要:通过对铅锌硫矿石的试验研究,在优先浮铅作业及锌硫分离作业中,添加少量巯基乙酸钠,使黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿得到了有效抑制,实现了铅硫、锌硫的高效分离。试验获得了铅精矿含铅57.52%,铅回收率86.33%、锌精矿含锌49.32%,锌回收率84.87%、硫精矿含硫40.57%,硫回收率69.20%的选矿指标。Through the experimental study of lead and zinc sulfide ores,in the preferential flotation of lead and the separation operation of zinc and sulphur,by adding a small amount of thioglycolic acid sodium,pyrite and pyrrhotite had been effectively inhibited to realize the efficient separation of lead-sulfur and zinc-sulfide.The lead concentrate with the grade of 57.52%and the recovery rate of 86.33%,the zinc concentrate with the grade of 49.32%and the recovery rate of 84.87%,the sulfur concentrate with the grade of 40.57%and the recovery rate of 69.20%were obtained.
