摘  要:利用冷喷涂技术在难熔金属Mo表面制备一层纯Al层,然后采用不同预氧化工艺进行了氧化处理,研究发现经过相同氧化时间随着温度升高纯Al层的氧化程度越大,结合烧蚀试验考核找到了比较合理的预氧化工艺参数为:1100℃/30min+1200℃/30min。采用合理预氧化工艺处理后,金属Mo能够抵御熔模铸造过程中的烧蚀,为研发难熔金属型芯技术奠定一定的基础。Pure Al layer on the surface of refractory metal Mo were sprayed by cold spray technology.Pre-oxidation of pure Al layer were tested in different temperature and time.The results show with the increase of test temperature increases the oxidation of pure Al layer.By the test of erosion,the optimization pre-oxidation process was found and the process is 1100℃/30 min+1200℃/30 min.By the optimization pre-oxidation treatment,the refractory metal Mo core is endured erosion.It is good fundamental research for the development of refractory metal core.
