摘  要:硬锌、B#锌是炼锌企业回收锗的重要原料,谋求对其中含锗的准确分析是前提,通过对硬锌、B#锌组成的分析,考察共存组分的影响和样品分解方法,确定了ICP-AES法的研究方案。典型的实际样品分析结果表明相对标准偏差在1.15%~2.78%之间,回收率在99.23%~100.71%之间,分析结果准确、快速,结果令人满意,对硬锌、B#锌中锗的分析取得了成功,也是较佳的解决方案。Hard zinc and B# zinc are the important materials for the recovery of germanium in the zinc smelt corporation, Seeking the method for determination of germanium accuracy is the base for recovery of germanium. According to the components of the hard zinc and B# zinc, The influence of the coexisting components to the determination and the method of samples decomposition were investigated, confirm ICP-AES method as the research scheme. With the typical samples check, the relatively standard deviation is between 1.15 to 2.78 percent and the recovery rate is between 99.23 to 100.71 percent. It can be realized to determinate germanium content accurately and quickly. The method is satisfied and it is also the better settle scheme.
