摘 要:受急倾斜煤层采动应力分布特征特殊性影响,底板跨采巷道矿压显现特征和承载结构明显区别于一般巷道,以代池坝煤矿31345工作面底板跨采巷道+320 m东大巷补强加固工程为背景,通过力学模型和数值模拟分析急倾斜煤层回采前后,+320 m东大巷围岩变形和次生应力转移范围,结果表明:跨采巷道在处于原岩应力场不利条件下,工作面回采又导致其处于垂直应力降低和水平应力增高的非等压受力状态,巷道围岩稳定性控制难度较大。针对性提出了以高预紧力、高压注浆、高强固结和及时注浆全锚为核心的预应力全锚支护技术方案,后期开展了工业性试验,取得了良好巷道支护效果,在跨采期间受动压影响后巷道稳定性明显提高,有效地控制了巷道围岩的变形破坏,满足了跨采巷道正常使用要求。The stress characteristics and load structure of roadway affected by overhead mining because of special mining stress distribution characteristics caused by steep seam is different from normal roadway,as the engineering background of the+320 east roadway under the 31345 mining face reinforcement support project in Daichiba mine,its surrounding rock deformation and range of mining induced stress transfer on the basis of mechanical model and numerical simulation,show that the in-situ stress is harmful for overhead miningroadway stability,and roadway is in non equal pressure state caused by the vertical stress reduction and horizontal stress increases after the face mining,it take difficult problem to control the stability of surrounding rock.So,the specific scheme of pretension full-anchor support puts forward,it take as the core of the high pretension,high pressure grouting,strength consolidation and full-anchor timely,the industrial test results show that support effect is better,it improve obviously the roadway stability after the face mining,and effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway affected by overhead mining,finally,overhead miningroadway can be used normally.
