摘  要:桑树坪二号井工作面采用从相邻的2个回风巷之间施工联络巷,建筑隔爆闭墙压管抽放采空区瓦斯存在诸多弊端。试验直接在相邻的回风巷煤柱施工大直径钻孔,通过钻孔穿管进行抽放采空区瓦斯。为此研制大直径施工钻头,采用煤柱穿管技术代替了原来的联巷压管抽放技术,节省了联巷及隔爆密闭施工等工序,同时解决了回采后期的闭墙漏风问题,工作面上隅角瓦斯治理效果非常好,具有良好的技术经济效益。Sangshuping No.2 well working face adopts the construction of connecting roadway from two adjacent return air roadways.There are many disadvantages in the construction of explosion-proof closed wall pressure pipe for gas drainage in goaf.Large diameter boreholes were drilled directly in the coal pillars of the adjacent return air roadway,and the gas in the goaf was drained by drilling through pipes.For this reason,the large diameter construction bit is developed,and the coal pillar through pipe technology is used to replace the original combined roadway pressure pipe drainage technology,which saves the combined roadway and explosion-proof closed construction process,and solves the problem of closed wall air leakage in the late mining period.The gas control effect of the upper corner of the working face is very good,with good technical and economic benefits.
