摘 要:针对高瓦斯低透气性煤层抽采效率低下,利用水力割缝增透技术提高瓦斯抽采率,割缝设备使用锥-柱组合型喷嘴。为了获得锥-柱组合型喷嘴水力割缝本煤层的增透效果,以中兴矿1415工作面为研究对象,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验的方法研究此种形式的喷嘴的增透效果。数值模拟结果表明:位于喷嘴周围的水射流能量达到最大,伴随着水射流逐渐远离喷口,其能量在逐步减弱,在水射流的中轴线两侧能量呈现对称分布,当收缩角达到30°时,水射流的射程最远,衰减速度最缓慢。工业试验发现:实施水力割缝增透措施后的钻场瓦斯抽采纯量明显比未开展水力割缝增透措施的钻场高,12、13#钻场(6m抽采半径)的平均瓦斯抽采纯量比14、15#钻场(8m抽采半径)增加了0.07m^(3)/min,因此6m抽采半径的12、13#钻场抽采效果最佳。Aiming at the low extraction efficiency of coal seams with high gas content and low air permeability,hydraulic slitting anti-reflection technology is used to increase the gas extraction rate,and the slitting equipment uses a cone-column combined nozzle.In order to obtain the anti-reflection effect of the cone-column combined nozzle hydraulic slitting of the coal seam,the 1415 working face of Zhongxing Mine was taken as the research object,and the anti-reflection effect of this type of nozzle was studied through the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test.Numerical simulation results show that the energy of the water jet located around the nozzle reaches the maximum.As the water jet gradually moves away from the nozzle,its energy is gradually weakened.The energy is distributed symmetrically on both sides of the central axis of the water jet.When the contraction angle reaches 30°,The water jet has the farthest range and the slowest decay speed.The industrial test found that the gas drainage scalar volume of the drilling field after the implementation of hydraulic slitting anti-reflection measures is significantly higher than that of the drilling field without hydraulic slitting anti-reflection measures,the average of 12#and 13#drilling fields(6m extraction radius)Compared with 14#and 15#drilling fields(8m extraction radius),gas drainage scalar volume has increased by 0.07m^(3)/min,so the 12#and 13#drilling fields with 6m extraction radius have the best drainage effect.
