摘  要:针对镇城底煤矿断层带巷道支护复杂、困难的特点,分析了目前锚杆支护技术存在的问题,提出了高预紧复合支护体系技术。应大幅度提高锚杆系统的初始支护刚度和强度,以控制围岩的剪胀变形,保持围岩的完整性。开发了高预紧力强化复合支护体系。该系统已成功应用于镇城底煤矿工作面掘进中,取得了良好的效果。Aiming at the complex and difficult characteristics of roadway support in fault zone in Zhenchengdi Coal Mine,the existing problems of current bolt support technology are analyzed,and the high preload composite support system technology is proposed.The initial support rigidity and strength of the bolt system should be greatly improved to control the dilatancy deformation of the surrounding rock and maintain the integrity of the surrounding rock.Developed a high pre-tightening force reinforced composite support system.This system has been successfully applied to the tunneling of Zhenchengdi Coal Mine and has achieved good results.
