摘 要:为促进传统矿山向智能矿山转变,实现采区泵房的自动化、智能化水平,减少泵房人员投入。改造前,人工抽水、24 h驻守、继电器控制的运行模式,在实际工作中存在着人工使用量大、应急排水能力不足的缺陷。本文基于实际情况,从经济性和实用性出发,提出一种基于PLC的排水系统改造方案,利用串行通讯和开关设备建立连接,增加温度、振动等传感器监测水泵运行情况及增加视频监控系统,最后通过井下环网上传到地面监控室。在井下的实际应用表明具有适应性强、经济性好、可靠性高的优点。In order to promote the transformation of traditional mines to intelligent mines,realize the automation and intelligence level of the pump room in the mining area,and reduce the input of the pump room personnel.Before the transformation,the operation mode of manual pumping,24-hour garrison,and relay control had the defects of large manual usage and insufficient emergency drainage capacity in actual work.Based on the actual situation,this paper proposes a PLC-based drainage system transformation plan based on economics and practicability.It uses serial communication and switch equipment to establish connections,adds temperature,vibration and other sensors to monitor the operation of the pump and adds a video monitoring system.Finally,it is uploaded to the ground monitoring room through the underground ring network.The actual application in the well shows that it has the advantages of strong adaptability,good economy and high reliability.
