摘 要:为了克服传统Y源逆变器(YSI)输入电流不连续、电容电压应力和冲击电流大等问题,提出了一种串联型Y源逆变器的拓扑结构。其拓扑结构是在传统Y源逆变器基础上将输入侧二极管和逆变桥的位置进行调换,电容极性也随之反转。串联型Y源逆变器不但实现了输入侧电流连续,电容电压应力和启动冲击电流小,还保留了传统Y源逆变器高增益的特点。首先对电路的拓扑结构和工作原理进行了分析,并通过数学公式推导证明了电容电压应力和冲击电流,然后用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行仿真分析,最后搭建实验样机进行了验证,仿真和实验结果均证明了电路拓扑的可靠性和优越性。In order to overcome the problems of discontinuous input current,large capacitor voltage stress and impulse current of traditional Y-source inverter,a topology of series Y-source inverter is proposed.Its topology structure is based on the traditional Y-source inverter to switch the position of the input side diode and inverter bridge,and the polarity of capacitor will also be reversed.The series Y-source inverter not only realizes continuous input current,low capacitor voltage stress and startup inrush current,but also keeps the high gain characteristics of traditional Y-source inverter.Firstly,the topological structure and working principle of the circuit are analyzed,and the voltage stress and impulse current of the capacitor are proved by mathematical formula derivation.Then the simulation analysis is carried out with MATLAB/Simulink software.Finally,an experimental prototype is built to verify the reliability and superiority of the circuit topology.
