摘  要:半导体激光器是一种高功率密度并具有极高量子效率的器件,对工作条件要求非常苛刻。在不适当的工作或存放条件下,会造成性能的急剧恶化乃至失效。因此,使激光器正常工作的激光器驱动电源就显得尤为重要。为了较好地维持激光器正常高效的工作状态,满足系统特定参数的需求,基于STC89C52设计了一种高性能半导体激光器(LD)驱动电源,以实现负载的供电需求。通过功率器件MOS管作为调整管,通过控制MOS管的栅极电压,实现对激光管的电流控制,用恒流源电路产生电流,并将电流采样,然后在LED数码管上显示。该激光器电源具有限流保护、延时软启动、短路保护、使能控制等功能,具有效率高、工作稳定的优点,达到精密恒流源的要求,且满足负载正常稳定工作时的指标要求。Semiconductor laser is a kind of device with high power density and high quantum efficiency.Under improper working or storage conditions,the performance will deteriorate sharply and even fail.Therefore,it is very important for the laser driver to work normally.In order to maintain the normal and efficient working state of the laser and meet the requirements of specific parameters of the system,a high-performance laser diode(LD)driving power supply is designed based on STC89 C52 to realize the power supply requirements of the load.The current control of the laser tube is realized by controlling the gate voltage of the MOS tube.The current is generated by the constant current source circuit.The current is sampled and displayed on the LED digital tube.The laser power supply has the functions of current limiting protection,delay soft start,short circuit protection,enabling control,etc.It has the advantages of high efficiency and stable operation,meets the requirements of precise constant current source,and meets the requirements of normal and stable operation of the load.
