托珠单抗联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析用托珠单抗联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果。方法:选择泰安市中心医院2018年2月至2020年2月期间收治的200例RA患者作为研究对象。按照随机抽样法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各有100例患者。用来氟米特对对照组患者进行治疗,用托珠单抗联合来氟米特对研究组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的关节肿胀评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分均低于对照组患者,其关节晨僵的时间短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用托珠单抗联合来氟米特治疗RA的效果显著,能有效地减轻患者的关节肿胀、疼痛、晨僵等症状,缓解其病情,且治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To explore and analyze the efficacy of tozizumab combined with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:200 RA patients admitted to Tai‘an Central Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to random sampling method,they were divided into study group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.Flunomide was used to treat patients in the control group,tozizumab combined with leflunomide was used to treat patients in the study group,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the joint swelling score and visual analog scale(VAS)score of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of joint stiffness in the morning was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tozizumab combined with leflunomide has a significant effect in the treatment of RA,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of joint swelling,pain,morning stiffness and other symptoms of patients with high safety.
