摘　　要：目的:分析对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染所致重症肺炎患者进行基于目标策略的针对性护理的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月钟祥市人民医院收治的60例多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染所致重症肺炎患者,根据入院的先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行常规护理,在此基础上对观察组患者进行基于目标策略的针对性护理,然后比较两组患者的住院时间、并发症的发生率和对护理的满意率。结果:(1)观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组患者的住院时间,P<0.05。(2)治护后,观察组患者并发症的发生率与对照组患者并发症的发生率相比,P>0.05。(3)观察组患者对护理的满意率高于对照组患者对护理的满意率,P<0.05。结论:对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染所致重症肺炎患者进行基于目标策略的针对性护理的效果显著,可有效地提高其对护理的满意率,促进其康复。Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing intervention with targeted strategies in patients with severe pneumonia infected by multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with severe pneumonia infected by multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were selected in Zhongxiang People’s Hospital.January 2017~January 2018 routine nursing(control group),February 2018~January 2019 targeted nursing intervention based on routine nursing(observation group).The length of hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization expenses were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group(6.67%)and the control group(16.67%)(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention of target strategy applied to patients with severe pneumonia infected by multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii can promote the recovery of patients and improve nursing satisfaction,which has certain application value.
