伙伴关系与供应链绩效:管理能力与竞争优势的中介作用

摘　　要：在企业间竞争越发激烈的态势下,建立互惠互利的伙伴关系能够降低企业运营成本,提高供应链绩效。本文以新疆238家制造业上下游企业为研究对象,采用结构方程模型研究伙伴关系、管理能力、竞争优势与供应链绩效的作用机制。结果表明:伙伴关系对供应链绩效的直接作用不显著,可通过管理能力和竞争优势间接提高供应链绩效;管理能力和竞争优势在伙伴关系与供应链绩效之间的中介作用无显著差异;管理能力和竞争优势在伙伴关系与供应链绩效之间具有连续中介作用,管理能力对竞争优势具有显著的正向影响。With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,the establishment of mutually beneficial partnerships can reduce operating costs and improve supply chain performance.This paper,taking 238 upstream and downstream manufactur‐ing enterprises in Xinjiang as the study objects,conducts an empirical analysis of the mechanism of action between partnership and supply chain performance,applying the structural equation model to study the interaction mechanism of partnership,manage‐ment capability,competitive advantage and supply chain performance.The results show that the direct relationship between part‐nership and supply chain performance is not significant,but it can indirectly improve supply chain performance through manage‐ment ability and competitive advantage.Management ability and competitive advantage play a mediating role between partner‐ship and supply chain performance,and there is no significant difference in the mediating effect between them.Management abil‐ity and competitive advantage have a chain intermediary effect between partnership and supply chain performance,and manage‐ment ability has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage.
