摘  要:熔模精密铸造型壳制备过程中,使用硅溶胶作粘结剂,在背层涂料中掺混φ40um聚丙烯纤维。选取不同长度的聚丙烯纤维,通过改变纤维掺混比,来探索纤维长度和掺混比对型壳湿强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:背层涂料中添加聚丙烯纤维可以提高复合型壳湿强度。掺混纤维后复合型壳湿强度明显比普通型壳湿强度大,纤维长度为5mm,掺混比为1.6%时,复合型壳湿强度效果最为明显为3.60MPa,与普通型壳相比,约提高了32%。A study on the effect of the length and mixing ratio of the fiber reinforced composite shells,which is used silica sol as a binder and addedφ40um polypropylene fibers into the silica sol slurry.The polypropylene fiber length and the mixing ration were selected.The result show that the shell green strength is affect by polypropylene fibers added.The green strength of ordinary shell was 2.73MPa,the green strength were increased firstly above a certain range and then fall of the polypropylene fibers added,but it is much higher than the ordinary shell.The green strength of the composite ceramic shell was the best that was 3.60MPa increased obviously by 32%than the ordinary shell,when the length of fiber was 5mm and the mixing ratio was 1.6%.
