摘　　要：第一、第二次工业革命的结束标志着手工业被工厂作业取代,机器的利用使得各个行业的生产效率加快、经济收益明显增长。以农业以及工业为例,在这两种行业内,因为如今的大环境下它们已经离不开电机的应用,电机的应用明显加快了工作的进展,但是事情都是有两面性的,我们不能只是看着好的一面,也应及时发现坏的一面并且做出更新与改变,才能更好的适应时代的发展。就好比在电机的使用中,电机的振动以及噪音就是十分常见的问题,但是却一直没有有效的解决办法,所以就成为人们急需解决的问题。在下文中会主要围绕怎样降低振动以及噪音对使用感的负面影响展开理论性的讨论,例如从转子动平衡、零件加工、机械加工、轴承装备等因素进行分析,并通过分析提出解决办法。The end of the first and second industrial revolution marked that industry was replaced by factories.The use of machines accelerated the production efficiency of various industries and significantly increased economic benefits.Take agriculture and industry as examples.In these two industries,because they are inseparable from the application of motors in today's environment,the application of motors has significantly accelerated the progress of work.But things have two sides.We can't just focus on the good side.We should find the bad side in time and make updates and changes in order to better adapt to the development of the times.Just like in the use of motor,motor vibration and noise are very common problems,but there has been no effective solution,so it has become an urgent problem to be solved.In the following,we will mainly discuss how to reduce the negative impact of vibration and noise on the sense of use theoretically.For example,we will analyze the factors such as rotor dynamic balance,part processing,machining and bearing equipment,and put forward solutions through analysis.
