摘　　要：目的了解医联体模式下社区卫生服务中心口服缓控释制剂的使用情况和开展的相关药学服务,为促进基层合理用药,进一步做好社区药学服务积累资料。方法对姑苏区某社区卫生服务中心常用的口服缓控释制剂进行整理,调查2017年1月至2019年12月门诊处方,就口服缓控释制剂在门诊调剂、处方点评和用药咨询等药学服务过程中存在的问题进行分析。参考药品说明书和相关文献,将中心目前常用的口服缓控释制剂及其用量、用法、药学服务要点汇总成表。结果中心口服缓控释制剂配备品规数和使用量逐年增加。社区药师在医联体医院药学专家的指导下,针对口服缓控释制剂服用次数、用法、剂型选择等方面的问题开展药学服务实践,并将中心目前常用的口服缓控释制剂及其用量、用法、药学服务要点汇总成表。结论社区药师应加强药学服务工作,提升社区居民对口服缓控释制剂治疗的自我管理意识,与全科医师共同促进口服缓控释制剂在基层的安全、有效使用。OBJECTIVE To understand the use of oral sustained and controlled-release preparations and the related pharmaceutical services in community health service centers under the Regional Medical Consortium Model,in order to promote rational use of drugs at the grassroots level,and further develop community pharmaceutical services to accumulate data.METHODS Organize the oral sustained and controlled release preparations commonly used in a community health service center in Gusu District,investigate the outpatient prescriptions from January 2017 to December 2019,analyze the problems of oral sustained and controlled release preparations in the process of pharmacy services such as outpatient adjustment,prescription reviews and medication consultation.With reference to the drug instructions and related literature,the current commonly used oral sustained and controlled release formulations and their dosage,usage and pharmaceutical service points are summarized in a table.RESULTS The number and usage of the oral sustained and controlled release preparations at the center have increased year by year.Community pharmacists,under the guidance of hospital pharmacologists,have conducted pharmaceutical service practices on issues such as the taken times,usage,and dosage form selection of oral sustained and controlled release preparations.Their also summarized the current commonly used oral sustained and controlled release formulations and their dosage,usage,and pharmaceutical service points into a table.CONCLUSION Community pharmacists should enhance pharmacy services to increase community awareness of self-administration of oral sustained and controlled release agent therapy and work with general practitioner to promote the safe and effective use of oral sustained and controlled release preparations community.
