摘　　要：电项针是将传统针刺手法与电刺激相结合运用的一种针灸方法,在治疗神经系统疾病、脑血管疾病、五官科等疾病中运用广泛且疗效显著。本文对近年来电项针相关研究进行归纳总结,详细阐述了电项针的作用机制,并进一步从中医理论角度分析电项针的运用基础,同时总结众多医家临床选穴经验,分别从失眠、延髓麻痹、突发性耳聋、声带麻痹等疾病分析电项针的临床运用,以期为临床疾病治疗提供新思路和新方法。Electric nape acupuncture is an acupuncture method that combines traditional acupuncture and electrical stimulation.It is widely used in the treatment of neurological diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,and ENT diseases and has significant effects.This article summarizes the research related to electrical acupuncture in recent years,elaborates the mechanism of electrical acupuncture,and further analyzes the application basis of electrical acupuncture from the perspective of TCM theory,and summarizes the clinical experience of many physicians in selecting acupoints.This paper analyzes the clinical application of electrical acupuncture from diseases such as insomnia,bulbar palsy,sudden deafness,and vocal cord paralysis,and hopes to provide new ideas and new methods for the treatment of clinical diseases.
