摘　　要：本文分析了创业投资引导基金对于山西省产业结构调整和实现自主创新发展的意义,并进一步探讨了以规范化的创业投资引导基金运作模式助推山西省创新发展的策略,以有效促进山西省省内企业和产业实现自主创新发展。This paper analyzes the significance of venture capital guiding fund for the adjustment of industrial structure and the realization of independent innovation development in Shanxi Province,and discusses the strategy of promoting the innovation development of Shanxi Province by standardized venture capital guiding fund operation mode,hoping to promote the realization of independent innovation development of enterprises and industries in Shanxi Province.
