摘　　要：为掌握福建省种鸡J亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV-J)的流行情况,采用ELISA方法对福州、莆田和龙岩3个地区6个种鸡场2470份血清样品和2848枚初产蛋分别进行ALV-J抗体和ALV p27抗原检测。结果显示,福建地区的种鸡场均不同程度感染ALV,ALV-J抗体总阳性率为4.62%,且公鸡的阳性率低于母鸡,龙岩地区的ALV-J抗体阳性率最高,ALV p27抗原总阳性率为7.87%;蛋种鸡和肉种鸡均能感染ALV,蛋种鸡的ALV p27抗原阳性率明显低于肉种鸡;禽白血病阳性率在不同品系种鸡中存在差异,福建地方品系鸡的ALV-J抗体阳性率和ALV p27抗原阳性率普遍高于大型种鸡场培育的品系。To investigate the prevalence status of subgroup J avian leukemia virus(ALV)in breeding birds,2470 serum samples and 2848 eggs were collected from six farms in Fuzhou,Putian and Longyan to detect ALV-J antibody and ALV p27 protein by ELISA kit.The results showed that ALV infection existed in the breed farms of Fujian;the total positive rate of ALV-J antibody was 4.62%,and the positive rate of ALV-J antibody of cocks were lower than those of hens;the highest positive rate was found in Longyan,and the total positive rate of p27 antigen was 7.87%;both egg-laying breeder hens and meat-type breeders can be infected with ALV,and the positive rate of p27 antigen of egg-laying breeder hens was significantly lower than that of meat-type breeders;the positive rate varied in all the breeds;both the positive rate of ALV-J antibody and p27 antigen in local breeds were generally higher than that in strains bred in large breeding farms.
