摘 要:从陕西省某两地野生动物自然保护区分别采集2只发病死亡朱鹮小肠和1只死亡朱鹮肝脏,从中分离到4株疑似产气荚膜梭菌的菌株。经形态学观察、生化试验和分子生物学鉴定最终确定分离株为A型产气荚膜梭菌,小肠分离株分别编号为Cp1和Cp2,肝脏分离株编号为Cp3。3株分离株分别接种SPF鸡,接种后6 h鸡陆续死亡,由死亡鸡脏器中分离获得A型产气荚膜梭菌。药敏试验结果显示,3株分离菌对丁胺卡那、新霉素完全耐药,对红霉素、麦迪霉素、克林霉素、庆大霉素出现不同程度耐药。本试验系对朱鹮产气荚膜梭菌的首次分离鉴定,为研究野生动物产气荚膜梭菌病提供了依据。Four strains of suspected Clostridium perfringens were isolated from small intestine and liver of dead Nipponia nippon from two different wildlife reserve in Shaanxi Province,China.After morphological observation,biochemical test and molecular biological identification,it was determined that the three isolated strains were Clostridium perfringens type A,two strains isolated from small intestines were named Cp1 and Cp2,one strain isolated from liver was named Cp3.SPF chickens were inoculated with three isolated strains,and died gradually in 6 h after inoculation,then Clostridium perfringens was isolated from organs of the dead chickens,indicating that the death of the Nipponia nippon was caused by Clostridium perfringens type A.The result of the drug susceptibility test showed that the three isolates were completely resistant to amikacin and neomycin,and resistant to erythromycin,midenomycin,clindamycin and gentamicin in varying degrees.
