内浮顶油罐浮盘损坏原因的分析及预防措施

摘　　要：结合案例,对炼厂油库内浮顶油罐浮盘在设计施工、投用试漂、生产运行、储存含硫油品以及介质腐蚀过程中造成损坏的原因进行了分析,提出了防止浮盘损坏的预防措施:一是施工质量必须符合设计要求;二是加强日常检查和维护;三是控制进罐油品指标,改善工艺,严格按章操作;四是合理选择浮盘材质;五是重视防腐工作。在对常用浮盘材质进行比较的基础上,提出使用碳钢焊接式浮盘的建议,为储罐设计施工和安全运行提供了参考。Based on a case study,the causes of damage of floating plate of floating roof oil tank in refinery oil depot during design and construction,commissioning and trial bleaching,production and operation,storage of sulfur-containing oil and medium corrosion are analyzed.The preventive measures to prevent the damage of floating plate are put forward as follows:making construction quality conform to the design requirements,strengthening the daily inspection and maintenance,controlling the oil quality into the tank,improving the process and operating strictly according to the regulations,selecting the floating plate material reasonably,and paying attention to the anti-corrosion problem.Based on the comparison of common floating plate materials,the suggestion of using carbon steel welded floating plate is put forward,which can provide a reference for the design,construction and safe operation of storage tank.
