摘　　要：简要介绍了石化销售企业油品质量事故的定义、分类、级别,结合部分企业油品质量事故应急管理处置不当和处置成功的实例,提出了油品质量事故应急管理机制的原则和完善措施,制定了防止油品质量事故的防控措施:一是转变经营观念,提高质量责任意识;二是强化油品质量基础管理;三是严把全程质量关;四是建立高效的监督服务机制,以确保油品质量,维护消费者权益和企业声誉。The definition,classification and level of oil quality accidents in petrochemical sales enterprises are briefly introduced.Combined with the examples of improper and successful emergency management and disposal of oil quality accidents in some enterprises,the principles and improvement measures of emergency management mechanism of oil quality accidents are put forward,and the prevention and control measures to prevent oil quality accidents are formulated,such as,changing the management concept to improve the awareness of quality responsibility,strengthening the basic management of oil quality,controlling strictly the whole process quality,and establishing an efficient supervision and service mechanism,to ensure the quality of oil products and safeguard the rights and interests of consumers and reputation of enterprise.
