摘　　要：SMT生产线,又叫表面贴装技术,英文名是SurfaceMountTechnology,简称SMT,是在混合集成电路技术的基础上发展而来,主要由锡膏印刷、元器件表面贴装和回流焊接为主要工艺,成为电子产品制造中新的、占据主要地位的组装技术。其中元器件表面贴装更是SMT生产线中最重要的组成部分。本文以西门子D1与D2在实际生产情况为前提,简单论述SMT生产线生产过程中常见的一些问题。SMT production line is called surface mount technology in English,which is developed on the basis of hybrid integrated technology mainly by the paste printing,component surface mounting and reflux welding as the process and becomes a new assembly technology that occupies the major position in electronic products manufacturing.Surface mounting of components is the most important component of the SMT production line.On the premise of Siemens D1and DE in actual production,some common problems in the production process of SMT production line is simply discussed.
