阻燃纤维/棉混纺纱线的力学性能分析

摘　　要：对3种不同混纺比的阻燃腈纶(A)/阻燃黏胶(R)/棉(C)混纺纱线及纯阻燃黏胶纱线、纯阻燃腈纶纱线的力学性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:5种纱线中纯阻燃腈纶纱线的拉伸断裂性能、耐磨性能、弯曲性能和扭转性能最好,RA50/C50混纺纱线的拉伸弹性、疲劳性能和蠕变性能最好,RA30/C70混纺纱线的压缩性能最好;3种混纺纱线中RA50/C50混纺纱线的拉伸断裂性能最好,RA70/C30混纺纱线的耐磨性能、弯曲性能最好,三者的扭曲性能比较接近。The mechanical properties of three flame-retardant acrylic fiber(A)/flame-retardant viscose fiber(R)/cotton(C)blended yarn,pure flame-retardant viscose yarn and pure flame-retardant acrylic yarn were tested and analyzed in this paper.The results show that pure flame-retardant acrylic yarn has the best tensile breakage property,wear resistance,bending performance and torsional performance,RA50/C50 blended yarn has the best tensile elasticity property,fatigue property and creep property,RA30/C70 blended yarn has the best compression property among the five yarns.Among the three kinds of blended yarns,RA50/C50 blended yarn has the best tensile breakage property,RA70/C30 blended yarn has the best wear resistance and bending performance,while their torsional performances are close to each other.
