上海老旧小区厨房油烟排放现状调研与实测研究

摘　　要：上海作为中国发展较早的大都市之一,现存大量的老旧小区,其厨房油烟排放多采用直接排放到内楼道或室外的方式。这种油烟排放方式,不仅污染了小区和单元楼道的空气,而且影响建筑外立面整洁。文章通过实地走访和问卷调研并结合现场实测,进一步了解上海典型老旧小区的厨房油烟排放现状。调研结果显示,多数居民对目前的厨房油烟排放方式表示不满意,有较强的改造意愿。现场实测结果表明,典型住户日常做饭排放的油烟超过排放标准值,导致楼道内短时空气质量严重污染,PM2.5峰值浓度达到标准限值的8.5倍以上,日均超标时间约104 min。因此,老旧小区厨房排烟改造对提升居住环境品质和居民健康有重要现实意义。Our country is pushing forward the transformation of old residential community to meet the people’s needs for a better life.Shanghai is one of the earlier developed city in China,there are a large number of old residential builds.The emission of cooking fume is directly to the inner corridor or outside.This kind of soot emission not only pollutes the air in the walkway of the residential builds,but also affects the cleanliness of the building facade.In this paper,through the field visit and the field measurement,we gain an insight into emission of cooking fume in old residential buildings.The survey results show that most of the residents are not satisfied with the current way of kitchen exhaust and have a strong desire for renovation.Field measurement results show that the oil fumes in daily cooking is exceed the emission standard.Due to the oil fumes emission,the air quality of walkway was seriously polluted.Peak concentration of PM2.5 is more than 8.5 times of the standard limit value,and the time of high concentration fume is about 104minutes per day.Therefore,the renovation of kitchen smoke exhaust in the old community is important to the quality of living environment and the health of residents,and it is suggested to be one of the important work in the renovation of the old community.
