摘　　要：近年边测边调一体化注水井电缆测调工艺得到了规模化应用,但常规铠装电缆在测调过程中由于其结构及工艺特点难以密封,易造成污水刺漏外溢污染环境。为杜绝环境污染,达到清洁生产的目的,创新研发了异型钢丝铠装密封型电缆,将外铠钢丝用特殊拉丝工艺拉制为扇环形,电缆圆周为光滑的圆形,减少了磨损,同时内外铠装层之间使用密封脂和耐腐蚀高分子聚合薄膜进行充填,提高了耐腐蚀能力。该密封型电缆在现场测调实践中有效控制了污水溢流和环境污染,取得了良好的应用效果。In recent years,the cable test and adjustment technology of water injection well integrated with test and adjustment has been applied on a large scale,but the conventional armored cable is difficult to seal in the process of test and adjustment due to its structure and process characteristics,which easily cause leakage of sewage and environmental pollution.In order to eliminate environmental pollution and reach the purpose of cleaning production,the special-shaped steel wire armored sealed cable is developed.The outer armor steel wire is drawn into the shape of a fan ring with a special drawing process.In order to reduce wear,the circumference of the cable is smooth and round.At the same time,the inner and outer armor layers are filled with sealing grease and corrosion-resistant polymer film to improve the corrosion resistance.The sealed cable can effectively control the sewage overflow and environmental pollution in the field test and adjustment practice,which has achieved good application effect.
