摘 要:为减少电缆测井时缆芯压降对仪器运行可靠性的不良影响,从电缆供电的串联等效电路出发,建立了测井作业时电缆电阻和缆芯压降模型,并推导出电缆电阻和电缆缆芯压降与仪器下放深度的变化规律。结果表明,井下电缆温度分布、电缆自重和井下测井仪器的重力影响电缆电阻和电缆缆芯压降,电缆电阻和电缆缆芯压降均与仪器下放深度成正相关关系。仪器下放深度变化引起的电缆温度分布变化是电缆电阻、电缆缆芯压降变化的主要因素,电缆自重和仪器重力对电缆的拉伸效应是次要因素。该研究对井下测井仪器供电系统的设计具有重要参考价值。In order to reduce the adverse effect of cable core voltage drop on the operation reliability of logging tools,based on the series equivalent circuit of cable power supply,the model of cable resistance and cable core voltage drop during logging operation is established,and the variation law of cable resistance and cable core voltage drop with the depth of downhole is deduced.The results show that the cable resistance and cable core voltage drop are affected by the temperature distribution of the underground cable,the weight of the cable and the weight of the downhole logging tools.The cable resistance and cable core pressure drop are positively correlated with the depth of the well.The change of cable temperature distribution caused by the change of downhole depth is the main factor of cable resistance and cable core voltage drop,and the tensile effect of cable weight and instrument weight on cable is the secondary factor.This study has important reference value for the design of power supply system of logging tools.
