加服益气活血方对急性冠脉综合征PCI术后气虚血瘀证患者左心室功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探究加服益气活血方对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后气虚血瘀证患者左心室功能及生活质量的影响。[方法]收集104例急性冠脉综合征PCI术后气虚血瘀证患者病历,按治疗方案不同分成中西医组52例和西医组52例,西医组予常规西医治疗,中西医组在常规西医治疗基础上加服益气活血方,两组均治疗2个月,比较两组治疗前后左心室功能指标[左心室收缩末内径(LVESD)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分。[结果]治疗2个月后,中西医组LVESD、IL-6、TNF-α水平较西医组低,FS、LVEF较西医组高(P<0.01);治疗1个月、2个月后,中西医组SAQ评分均较西医组高(P<0.05)。[结论]加服益气活血方可进一步改善急性冠脉综合征PCI术后气虚血瘀证患者左心室功能,减轻炎性反应,提高生活质量。[Objective]To explore the effect of supplementing Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on left ventricular func⁃tion and quality of life in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after acute coronary syndrome(ACS)percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).[Methods]A total of 104 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI of acute coronary syndrome were collected.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into 52 cases in the integrated group of Chinese and western medicine,and 52 cases in the western medicine group.Yiqi Huoxue Recipe was extra added in the integrated medicine group.The comparison before and after treatment was made between the two groups as the left ventricular function indexes[left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular short axis shortening rate(FS),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],serum interleukin-6(IL-6)、Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)and Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale(SAQ)scores.[Results]After 2 months of treatment,the levels of LVESD,IL-6 and TNF-αin the integrated medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group,and FS and LVEF were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.01);The SAQ score of the integrated medicine group was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05)after one month or two months of treatment.[Conclusion]Added Yiqi Huox⁃ue Recipe can further improve left ventricular function,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve the life quali⁃ty in the patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI of acute coronary syndrome.
