广西南宁市高危单胎孕妇早产的发生情况及影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解广西南宁市高危单胎孕妇早产的发病情况,并探讨其相关危险因素。方法通过检索桂妇儿系统,纳入3014例高危单胎孕妇。回顾性分析孕妇的病历资料,分析高危单胎孕妇早产的发生情况及其影响因素。结果3014例高危单胎孕妇中,278例发生早产,发生率为9.22%。产次>2次、妊娠高血压、胎盘早剥、胎膜早破、胎位异常、子宫肌瘤、妊娠合并心血管疾病、胎盘脐带前置是南宁市高危单胎产妇发生早产的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论南宁市高危单胎孕妇的早产发生率较高,多种孕期并发症和合并症可导致孕妇早产风险增加,临床上应给予重点干预。Objective To investigate the incidence of premature delivery in high-risk pregnant women with singleton in Nanning City,Guangxi,and to explore the related risk factors.Methods A total of 3014 high-risk pregnant women with singleton were enrolled through retrieving on the Gui Women and Child System.By retrospectively analyzing medical data of the pregnant women,the incidence of premature birth and its influencing factors were analyzed in high-risk pregnant women with singleton.Results Among the 3014 high-risk pregnant women with singleton,premature delivery occurred in 278 women,and the incidence rate was 9.22%.Parity more than two,gestational hypertension,placental abruption,fetal membrane rupture,malpresentation,uterus myoma,pregnancy complicated with cardiovascular diseases,and placenta praevia or insertion of the umbilical cord were the risk factors for premature delivery in high-risk pregnant women with singleton in Nanning City(all P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of premature delivery is relatively high among the high-risk pregnant women with singleton in Nanning City.Multiple pregnant complications and comorbidities might lead to increased risk of premature delivery in pregnant women,thereby key interventions should be performed clinically.
