新兴服务业人才培养研究的现状、热点与趋势

摘　　要：选取中国知识资源总库(CNKI)中"新兴服务业人才培养"主题的669篇文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace工具对相关文献数据的发表年份、关键词共现、重点作者与研究机构、文献来源、研究层次与学科领域进行可视化分析,探讨当前新兴服务业人才培养研究现状及热点。研究得出:新兴服务业人才培养研究未得到足够重视;新兴服务业人才培养研究热点呈多元化特征;新兴服务业人才培养研究的质量有待提升。In order to clarify the current research status and hot spots of talent training in emerging service industries over the years,this paper selected 669 articles on the topic of“talent cultivation in emerging service industry”in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database(CNKI)as the research object,and used CiteSpace to make visual analysis on the publication year,keyword co-occurrence,key authors and research institutions,literature sources,research levels and suject areas of relevant literature data. The results show that the research on talent training in the emerging service industry has not been paid enough attention,the research focus of talent training in emerging service industry is diversified and the quality of research on talent training in emerging service industry needs to be improved.
