摘　　要：医学生的成长成才离不开榜样的作用。医务人员在面对重大传染病威胁、抗击重大自然灾害时,舍弃小家、顾全大家、临危不惧、义无反顾、勇往直前、舍己救人,赢得了全社会的高度赞誉。抗疫医护人员是新时代医学生的榜样,医护人员抗疫故事对医学生成长成才具有重要启示。高校教师在教学过程中应向学生讲述医护人员的抗疫故事,使学生感受中国力量、中国精神、中国智慧、中国效率,从而引导他们成长成才。The growth of medical students is inseparable from the role of role models.When facing the threat of major infectious diseases and combating major natural disasters,medical personnel abandoned their small family,took care of everyone,were fearless in the face of danger,did not turn back,bravely moved forward and sacrificed themselves to save others,which won high praise from the whole society.The anti epidemic medical staff is an example for medical students in the new era.The anti epidemic story of medical staff has important enlightenment for the growth of medical students.In the process of teaching,college teachers should tell students the anti epidemic stories of medical staff,so that students can feel Chinese power,Chinese spirit,Chinese wisdom and Chinese efficiency,so as to guide them to grow into talents.
