摘  要:该文以8-羟基喹啉-5-醛与苯甲酰肼反应后的酰腙作为荧光探针,利用1H NMR、13C NMR、MS以及荧光光谱对其结构和性质进行表征和测试。结果表明,在二甲基亚砜-4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸(DMSOHEPES)缓冲溶液(20 mmol/L,pH 7.0,95∶5,体积比)中,探针能够通过577 nm处的荧光增强选择性识别Mg^(2+),检出限达8.2×10^(-8 )mol/L。此外,该探针还可以利用604、611 nm处的荧光增强来选择性识别Cd2+和Zn^(2+)。理论优化计算表明,探针与Mg^(2+)之间以2∶1形成配位后,HOMO与LUMO间的能级差缩小,电子云密度增大,从而在荧光光谱中表现出荧光增强。A fluorescence probe was designed and synthesized by the reaction between 8-hydroxy⁃quinoline-5-carbaldehyde and benzohydrazide in this work,which was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and MS,and then employed in the selective fluorescence detection of Mg^(2+) ion.All experi⁃mental results showed that the probe exhibits a good selectivity towards Mg^(2+)ion by using fluorescence enhancement at 577 nm in DMSO-HEPES buffer solution(20 mmol/L,pH 7.0,95∶5,by vol⁃ume),with a detection limit for Mg^(2+) ion as low as 8.2×10^(-8) mol/L.In addition,the probe could also be used to detect Cd2+ion or Zn^(2+) ion at the wavelengths of 604 nm and 611 nm.Theoretical cal⁃culation demonstrated that,after the formation of a 2∶1 stoichiometric complex between probe and Mg^(2+)ion,the electron density mainly concentrated around Mg^(2+) ion,resulting in the fluorescence en⁃hancement due to the smaller energy gap of probe+Mg^(2+) system.
