摘 要:砂石骨料是混凝土拌制的重要原材料之一,在建筑市场上,混凝土常用的粗骨料一般采用山体石料,细骨料一般采用天然砂,但随着生态保护理念不断深入人心,山体石料的总体产量呈下降趋势,河床卵石料逐渐成为混凝土骨料的应用热门。大藤峡水利枢纽工程采用河床卵石料制人工砂,得到了良好的应用效果。文本根据广西红水河流域的河床卵石料特性,对河床卵石料制砂工艺进行了分析,并提出了改良和合理优化建议。Sand-gravel aggregate is one of the important raw materials of concrete mixing.In building market,the frequently used coarse aggregate is mountain stone and the fine aggregate is generally natural sand.As the concept of ecological protection has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people,the total output of mountain stone is decreasing,river bed pebble material has gradually become a popular application of concrete aggregate.River bed pebble material is used to make artificial sand at Datengxia Water Conservancy,rendering good application effect.According to the characteristics of river bed pebble material in Hongshuihe River basin of Guangxi,the authors analyze the technique of sand producing with river bed pebble material,and put forward improvement suggestions.
