摘　　要：“蹲族”有着“一手好牌”,却因多元化信息导致职业梦想式微、呵护型培养导致抗压能力匮乏、习得性无助导致主观能动缺失,作为一种新兴青年族群正受到越来越多的关注。社会环境引导性偏差、高校育人导向性错位、家庭支持根源性缺失和个体欲望反差化呈现等均为青年选择“蹲”下的主要原因,从“蹲”到“站”的引导需要我们从社会环境、育人空间、内生动力等方面多维协同。The“squatters”typically hold“good cards”but fail to play them well and realize their dream career owing to the mixed information they receive.There is increasing concern over these“squatters”who,raised by overprotective parents,lack the ability to cope with stress and lose motivation due to learned helplessness.Why do these young people choose to“squat”?Among the reasons are unfavorable social environment,dislocated university education,absence of family support and unsatisfied individual desires.To help the squatters“stand up”,we must make collaborated efforts to improve the social environment,provide better nurturing and education and stimulate endogenous motivation.
