体验式红色教育的育人机理与实践路径——基于91篇大学生学习日记的NVivo11质性研究

摘　　要：通过对参加全国青少年井冈山革命传统教育基地学习实践活动的20位大学生的91篇学习日记的质性研究,探析了大学生在仪式体验、认知体验等五种体验式红色教育活动中的学习内容、学习投入、学习体验等。大学生在多种体验模式中学习红色文化,通过认知、体验、感悟和实践,促进了自身思想认知、情绪情感等的发展。研究提出高校应构建体验式红色教育体系,尊重学生学习参与的主体性,不断促进学生思想政治素质的发展。This paper is based on a qualitative study of 91 learning journals written by 20 college students who visited the Jinggangshan revolutionary tradition education base for youngsters.It examines what they have learned,how much they are engaged in the ceremonial and cognitive activities and how they have benefited from the experiences.The study shows such experiential red education can strengthen correct values among college students and help them grow both ideologically and emotionally.Colleges and universities must attach more importance to experiential red education to raise the effectiveness and efficiency of ideological and political education.
