摘 要:本文针对我国助听器零售业务的实际情况,基于波特五力模型,从五种竞争力分析了我国助听器零售业的竞争态势,为助听器零售经营的有序竞争并在竞争中取胜提供了有益的佐证。得出结论,要在竞争中取胜,就必须在分析各种竞争力量的基础上,找到发挥、创造、管控好自身的优势资源和能力,建立核心竞争力,从而形成强大的护城河,与此同时寻求优质的供应商,努力提高为终端用户服务的数量和质量。This paper aims to study the actual situation of retail business of hearing aid in China based on Porter’s Five Forces Model,and the competitive situation of retail industry of hearing aid in China is analyzed from five competing forces,which provides beneficial evidence for the orderly competition and winning in the competition of hearing aid retail operation.Finally it comes to the conclusion that success in the competition requires finding out how to play,create and control the superior resources and capabilities to build core competitiveness and form a powerful protection system based on the analysis of various competitive forces.At the same time,it needs to seek high-quality suppliers and strive to improve the quantity and quality of services for end users.
