摘 要:文章主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,研究核心力量训练对武术动作的影响。研究发现,武术套路动作中强化核心力量训练主要有重复训练法、间歇训练法和器械训练法等训练方法。核心力量在武术套路动作中具有促进人体动力链力量传导;结合武术专项动作,有效预防运动损伤;增强对肢体的稳定性控制,增强核心力量有利于武术套路动作的表达,更好地展示武术套路动作的精髓。This article mainly uses research methods such as literature and logical analysis to study the effect of core strength training on Wushu movements.Research has found that strengthening core strength training in Wushu can be done through training methods such as repetitive training,interval training,and equipment training.Core strength in Wushu routines can promote the power transmission of the human body's power chain;combined with Wushu special movements,effectively prevent sports injuries;enhance the key role of controlling the stability of the limbs.Enhancing the core strength is conducive to the expression of Wushu routines and better shows the essence of Wushu routines.
