摘　　要：目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)表达的临床意义。方法:选取新乡市第一人民医院2018年10月—2020年9月收治的79例ACS患者,所有患者入院时均检测血浆BNP、c TnT水平,分析BNP、cTnT水平与冠状病变的关系。结果:79例患者单支病变33例、双支病变24例、三支病变22例;三组BNP、c TnT水平对比,STEMI组最高,NSTEMI组次之,UA组最低,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病变支数血浆BNP、cTnT水平对比,多支病变最高,双支病变次之,单支病变水平最低,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆BNP、cTnI表达在ACS不同类型及病变分支中存在差异性,在未来可作为评估ACS的有效指标,为早期诊疗提供依据。Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and troponin I(cTnI)expression in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:79 patients with ACS treated in the hospital from October2018 to September 2020 were selected,their plasma BNP and c TnI levels were measured at admission,the relationship between BNP,cTnI levels and coronary lesions was analyzed.Results:Among 79 patients,33 cases had single vessel lesion,24 cases had double vessel lesions and 22 cases had three vessel lesions.In the comparison of the levels of BNP and c TnI among the three groups,the STEMI group was the highest,followed by the NSTEMI group,and the UA group was the lowest.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of Plasma BNP and c TnI levels of different lesions showed that multivessel lesions were the highest,followed by double-vessel lesions,and single-vessel lesions were the lowest.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of plasma BNP and cTnI is different in different types and vessel lesions of ACS,it can be used as an effective index in the future to evaluate ACS and provide basis for early diagnosis and treatment.
