摘　　要：目的:探讨中型企业风疹暴发的高危因素,以便采取有效的疫情防控措施,为风疹控制提供针对性策略。方法:收集风疹疫情相关资料,采用描述性方法对风疹暴发疫情进行调查分析。结果:2019年3月该工厂风疹疫情罹患率为2.09‰,病例集中出现在两个时间段;主要分布于该厂总装车间;发病年龄集中在16~34岁,男性7例,女性1例。流行病学调查结果表明,此次风疹疫情主要与北京市外来务工人员免疫策略调整、工厂布局、季节、人员流动、预防接种、个体差异等因素有关。结论:本案例为一起典型的成人风疹暴发事件,人员居住与工作环境相对集中、生活环境相对密闭易造成风疹疫情蔓延,做好流动人口预防接种等综合策略,可有效控制疫情影响。Objective:To explore the high risk factors of rubella outbreak in mediumsized enterprises in order to take effective measures to prevent and control rubella and provide targeted strategies for rubella control.Methods:The data of Rubella epidemic situation were collected and the epidemic situation of Rubella outbreak was investigated by descriptive method.Results:In March 2019,the prevalence of rubella was 2.09‰,the cases occurred in two time periods,mainly in the assembly workshop.Theage of onset was 16-34 years old,7 males and 1 females.The results of epidemiological investigation showed that the epidemic situation of rubella was mainly related to the adjustment of immunization strategy,layout of factories,seasons,movement of people,vaccination and individual difference.Conclusion:This case is a typical outbreak of adult rubella,the relatively concentrated living and working environment and the relatively closed living environment are easy to cause the spread of rubella epidemic,andcomprehensive strategies such as prevention and vaccination of floating population are well done,can effectively control the epidemic impact.
