摘　　要：五苓散出自东汉张机《伤寒杂病论》,是针对“气化不利,客水停留,真水不布”这一病机而设定的方剂。其选药配伍及煎服方法皆针对此病机而设。六经辨证涉及太阳与太阴两经。临证中无论何病何种表现但诊见此病机皆有投用此方之道理。读方悟法,由点及面,推而广之,以病机之不变应病候之万变。Wuling powder comes from Zhang Ji's Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases(Shang Han Za Bing Lun)in the Eastern Han Dynasty.It is a prescription set for the pathogenesis of"disturbance of qi transformation,retention of pathogenic water,and failure of fluid distribution".The medicinal selection,compatibility and decocting methods are designed for this pathogenesis.The syndrome differentiation of six meridians involves taiyang and taiyin.No matter what kind of disease or manifestation in clinical syndromes,the prescription is used for this pathogenesis.Reading formulas and understanding the principles can be generalized from point to surface,and respond to the myriad changes of symptoms with the invariance of pathogenesis.
