摘 要:通过在ICU增设超声检查设备,开展医生超声检查技能培训,做好信息技术保障,闭环监管等来进行ICU超声检查流程重组。实践后,ICU超声检查项目种类与工作量同比增长,各方满意度大幅度提升。ICU超声检查流程重组使ICU医疗效率提升,医疗质量安全更有保障,但仍需进一步加强ICU医生超声业务能力培训,合理推广,促进资源合理配置。The reengineering of ICU ultrasound examination process was carried out by adding ultrasound examination equipment in ICU,carrying out ultrasound examination skill training for doctors,ensuring information technology,and closed-loop supervision.After the practice,the categories and workload of ICU ultrasound examination increased year on year,and the satisfaction of all parties was greatly improved.The reengineering of ICU ultrasound examination process can improve the efficiency of ICU medical care and guarantee the quality and safety of medical care,but it was still necessary to further strengthen the training of ICU doctors'ultrasound business ability,promote rationally,and promote the reasonable allocation of resources.
