摘　　要：目的探讨医联体背景下孵化理论在基层医疗机构急诊急救护理能力建设中的应用效果。方法对南通市两家基层医疗机构的护理人员进行急诊急救理论和技能培训,对护理管理者进行管理工具等培训。结果经过孵化培训后,两家基层机构护理管理者管理能力得到提高;急诊护理人员理论及技能水平均得到提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两家基层医疗机构急诊护理人员对培训效果满意。结论医联体背景下孵化理论在基层医疗机构急诊急救护理能力建设中应用能够提高基层医疗机构急诊急救水平。Objective To explore the application effect of incubation theory in the construction of emergency first aid nursing ability in primary medical institutions.Methods Medical staff in two primary medical institutions in Nantong city were trained on the theory and skills of emergency first aid,and nursing managers were trained on management tools.Results After incubation training,the management ability of nursing managers in the two primary institutions had been improved.The theory and skill level of emergency nursing staff were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A survey on the satisfaction of the nursing staff in the two primary medical institutions after incubation found that the nursing staff in the two primary medical institutions were satisfied with the training effect.Conclusion The application of incubation theory in the construction of emergency first aid nursing in primary medical institutions under the background of medical alliance can improve the level of emergency care in primary medical institutions.
