摘　　要：科技查新工作起源于科技文献检索,作为一种深层次的、具有特定含义的检索工作,科技查新在科研机构的信息服务中起到推动作用,促进了科研机构信息技术的资源建设,充分履行了信息科研机构的信息服务职责。文章分析了制约科技查新发展的因素,并从科技查新改革创新的角度提出了相应的对策。Sci-tech novelty retrieval work originates from scientific and technological literature retrieval.As a deep-seated retrieval work with specific meaning,Sci-tech novelty retrieval plays a promoting role in the information service of scientific research institutions,promotes the information technology resource construction of scientific research institutions,and fully performs the information service responsibilities of information scientific research institutions.This paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of Sci-tech novelty retrieval and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of reform and innovation of Sci-tech novelty retrieval.
