摘 要:在气田天然气生产与运输过程中,只要存在压降就有利用压差发电的可能。高压天然气通过自由膨胀做功,将压力能转换为机械能,机械能再转换为电能。根据近年来天然气压差发电的研究进展,归纳膨胀压差发电技术的发展历程,分别针对适用于气田气井井口、集气站、处理(净化)厂、门站及调压站等生产环节的膨胀压差发电技术进行总结,并指出未来的研究方向是集气站、处理厂等生产环节的压力能回收。In natural gas production and transportation in the gas fields,generating electricity by pressure difference would be possible as long as a pressure drop exists.High pressure natural gas transforms pressure energy into mechanical energy and the mechanical energy into electrical energy through free expansion.Basing on the research progress in the natural gas pressure difference power generation in recent years,the development process of expansion pressure difference power generation technology was summarized,including expansion pressure difference power generation technologies which suitable for gas field wellhead,gas gathering station,purification plant,gate station and pressure regulating station,respectively.The results indicate the future research direction will stay at the pressure energy recovery in production links like thd gas collection and treatment.
