摘  要:为了实现煤矿安全生产用变压吸附(PSA)制氧系统参数的精确控制,建立了一套PSA制氧装置,对其均压工艺和反吹工艺进行了实验研究。结果表明:存在一个最佳均压时间,其值与操作压力无关;压力曲线在均压升压阶段的斜率较大,说明均压时压力上升较快;在升压吸附阶段,无均压流程和有均压流程的压力曲线大致平行,且呈线性增加的趋势;存在一个最佳反吹时间,进气流量越小,氧纯度越高,氧回收率越低;产品气量越小,氧纯度越高,反吹气量对氧纯度的影响越大。For purpose of precisely controlling the parameters of PSA oxygen production system in coal mine safety production,a set of PSA oxygen production experimental device was established,including experimental study of the pressure equalization and back blowing process.The results show that,an optimal time of pressure equalization which is independent of the operating pressure can exist.The pressure curve has a large slope at the stage of pressure equalization,which indicates a quick increase of pressure.During the time period of pressure-increasing adsorption,the pressure curves of non pressure-equalizing process and pressure equalizing process are roughly parallel and increase linearly.There is an optimal back blowing time,the smaller air flow rate can bring about higher oxygen purity and lower oxygen recovery rate;and the smaller product gas volume stays with higher oxygen purity and greater influence of the back blowing gas volume on the oxygen purity.
